
Friends of Sunrise Montessori (FOSM) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation created, lead, and operated by parents of Sunrise students. FOSM raises funds to build school community; augment the core Montessori curriculum with art, music, and Spanish language instruction; provide tuition scholarships; and enable facility maintenance and improvements.
All Sunrise parents are part of Friends, with a small group of parents serving on the Board. In addition to their fundraising efforts, Board members share ideas and suggestions with the Directors of Sunrise to help ensure the ongoing educational excellence of the school.
